About Us

Broadway Workout is a new dance-based cardio workout class. Unlike traditional workout classes such as aerobics, Zumba and yoga, Broadway Workout isn’t about losing weight or pushing beyond your limit. It’s all about having fun, expressing yourself and joining a lively community!
